Apply to Volunteer
Caring, dedicated volunteers are always needed and welcome. Volunteers help teach skills, supervise events and provide tutoring or they provide critical assistance to office staff by organizing, writing, or helping in other ways. If you have a heart for the children of Niles, we have a place for you! In order to volunteer, please call Annie Heck at 816-241-3448 ext. 115 or fill out and submit the volunteer application.
Due to the vulnerable nature of our children and the need to protect their health and safety, most volunteers at Niles Home are asked to submit background checks and medical exams (such as TB skin tests). Groups and one-time volunteers do not generally need to provide this information. All volunteers must agree to confidentiality provisions to protect the identity of our children.
